The hotel was purchased in March 2010 consisting of 41 two-bedroom apartments with the view of taking advantage of the distressed market conditions, entering a strong location, and with the plans of increasing the hotels room count, which has now been achieved as there are now 46 apartments, giving guests a choice of either studio or two-bedroom apartments. 

 The hotels location will give Palm Holdings current client base a choice for either a full service city centre hotel, at The Old Waverley, Channings or The Howard, or a more spacious central apartHOTEL. This purchase also allows us to offer our clients accommodation in the centre of the New Town or the very heart of the Old Town; two of the most desirable locations in the city to a range of travellers from across the globe.
