Designed to enhance local public amenities and increase footfall to nearby businesses, the project also prioritises sustainability, aiming for a 66% reduction in carbon emissions compared to current building regulations. The striking design features a dark brick façade with gold-coloured metal accents and balconies, seamlessly integrating with the surrounding architecture while revitalising the area’s prominence.
