Designed for short and long stays, each apartment at Holyrood apartHOTEL offers modern contemporary-style bedrooms, Italian-tiled bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, a DVD library, a dining area, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Guests have the option of adding to their stay a breakfast package that is conveniently delivered to each apartment. The hotel has 2 small meeting rooms that can be made available for exclusive use. One with a maximum of 10 pax board room whilst the other holds 4 people.
The hotel location is within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, bars, Waverley Rail Station, Holyrood Park, and the picturesque Arthur’s Seat.

Palm Holdings purchased the hotel, which comprised 41 two-bedroom apartments, in March 2010. The Company now has 59 apartment which were expanded within the existing building envelope.
The hotel was Palm Holdings’ first acquisition in the extended-stay market.
