Palm Holdings purchased the hotel in October 2010. On October 4th, 2012, after extensive $4M renovations, they converted the property into a Courtyard by Marriott. The hotel succeeded at maintaining its guest service scores throughout the renovation period. Courtyard by Marriott Waterloo, St. Jacobs, has also been recognized “in the top 10 for customer satisfaction” out of all the Marriott Courtyards of Canada.
