Four Points by Sheraton, Toronto ON
Overview: The previous Inn on the Lake was operating with only 90 rooms and stood for many years in an enviable location on the Western edge of Toronto. Despite excellent highway access, and water views, the hotel suffered from limited awareness and a poor track record.
Project: After a substantial renovation plan the Inn on the Lake Motel was converted to the Four Points by Sheraton Toronto. In 1997 Palm Holdings purchased the motel recognizing the property potential. Eight million dollars later the hotel became a landmark representing the changes in the Toronto economy trading as the 12th Four Points conversion in Canada.
